Welcome to Aunt Gaile’s J-1 International Student Housing! We’ve had students from all over the world in the past few years, the Ukraine, Jamaica, Turkey, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, and more.

Our room rentals in Wildwood and Wildwood Crest NJ are near the beaches and boardwalks where you’ll be working.

There has been some FRAUD on Facebook, with someone else misrepresenting that they represent our properties.

Length of Room Rental

We have a 14-week Minimum requirement or an extra fee may apply. Early-bird/cheapest rate if book before April 1. If book after July 1, Minimum 8 week stay, but fewer room choices.



Payment Deposits / Requirements

FIRST WEEK PLUS LAST WEEK’S RENT AND SECURITY IS REQUIRED PER PERSON, Pre-Paid for us to reserve a room for your arrival date/time.



A Clean Record

Must not have a criminal record of any kind in order to rent with us.



Payments:

We accept electronic payments only. If a payment vendor charges fees, you need to add that amount onto your payments. Zelle or VenMo only



Groups:

Groups are welcome, but in order to have your entire group stay in the same house the whole group MUST pay their deposits for every student – NO Exceptions.



Groups Arrivals:

We must know the Arrival and Departure departure dates for everyone in your group when applying for housing so we can know how many weeks you are renting for.*


